In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, soloph is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document, which may include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Passport, Land Transportation Office Driver's License, Professional Regulation Commission ID, or Voter's ID. Players must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activities, third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name, or credit facilities in circumstances that may constitute credit gambling prohibited under applicable Philippine law. soloph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold deposits where there is reasonable suspicion that the source of funds does not comply with these requirements.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance (excluding non-cashable Bonus Funds) subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) the withdrawal request meeting any applicable minimum withdrawal amount; and (d) there being no active investigation, fraud review, or regulatory hold on the Account.

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. soloph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if soloph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
soloph does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or malicious software, or that any specific game result will meet a Player's expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Section 13 shall exclude or limit soloph's liability for death or personal injury caused by soloph's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
soloph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice. Circumstances warranting Account suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to comply with KYC requirements; receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account action; or any activity soloph reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Players.
Where an Account is suspended for reasons other than confirmed fraud or illegal activity, the Player's verified Real Money Balance will be held by soloph pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated or the balance returned to the Player via an appropriate payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, soloph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account and retain the same as compensation for losses suffered or administrative costs incurred.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting soloph's customer support team.
